Specialized Psychotherapist (Independent Contractor)** Purple Raven Counselling – Virtual Practice
Purple Raven Counselling is a virtual psychotherapy practice founded in 2025. After a year of steady growth, I’m looking to bring on one or two specialized, experienced clinicians to complement (not duplicate) my areas of focus. This is a slow, intentional expansion—I’m willing to wait for the right fit.
I’m seeking someone who values collaboration, peer supervision, and a partnership‑style working relationship. If you want to feel like a colleague rather than “just a contractor,” you may be a great match.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in the mental health field
- A clear specialty area (e.g., eating disorders, couples, ADHD, personality disorders, EMDR, CPT, PE, ERP, CBT‑I, DBT, etc.)
- Registered to work in multiple provinces/territories or willing to become registered
- Able to offer at least 5 client‑facing hours/week
- Warm, collaborative, grounded, and committed to high‑quality care
Who You Are NOT
- A generalist
- Under 5 years of experience
- Qualifying or requiring supervision
What I Offer
- 60/40 split to start, with potential to increase to 70/30
- Practice email + Owl Practice fees covered
- Referrals when appropriate
- Support with NIHB, CVAP, and other third‑party payer onboarding
- Invoicing and payment collection handled for you
