We are looking to hire several seasonal contract Office Coordinators to join our team beginning as early as January and continue through until September and could turn into a full-time position. Office Coordinators will be based out of our Burlington, Ontario head office.

Duties may include:

  • All back end camp administrative operations
  • Assist with staff hiring process (including interview scheduling & reference checks)
  • Preparing all camp marketing campaigns (school boards, community centers)
  • Providing customer service for camp inquiries
  • Supporting onsite staff with day to day operations
  • Social media marketing (an asset but not necessary)

Qualifications and experience:

  • Attending or graduated from any post-secondary education
  • Good telephone manner/ability
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Good team player
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • Experience working in an office environment is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $14.25 to $15.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
