We’re a small, impactful team who love pets and people — and we’re looking for a driven, hardworking, team player, detail oriented, organized and compassionate Customer Care Representative to support our medical team and help provide exceptional care to our patients.
About the Role
Our Customer Care Representative plays a key role in patient care and hospital flow. You’ll be the friendly face clients sees and the calm voice on the phone and help keep the hospital running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Greet clients & patients with warmth
● Answer texts, phone calls, emails, schedule and confirm appointments
● Prep invoices, process payments, and follow up after visits
● Manage records, restock supplies
● Help perform nail trims

Veterinary experience is an asset — but not required.

What We Offer
- Starting wage of $19.00/hour, dependent on experience
- Full-time, Monday–Friday hours (no rotating weekends)
