Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and proficiency with hand tools. We are looking for someone that can work independently with few supervision.
We will provide training if needed. Hourly wage is based on experience.
We work around the lower mainland, so having reliable transportation is mandatory.
And having PPE is also mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for cutting, fitting, and securing insulation materials.
- Apply caulking where necessary to seal gaps and improve energy efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in installation or related construction fields is preferred.
- Proficient in using hand tools required for insulation installation tasks.
- Experience with caulking techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work in a timely manner.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
