Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Hand for our design and build crews. They will oversee projects working along side crew foreman. Our main type of work is Design and install landscape projects. We are a family run business that can provide a great workplace with lots of room for growth.
Experience
- Experience in residential or commercial construction
- Experience with compact excavator and skid steers are not mandatory but encouraged.
- Understanding of drawings and jobsite layout.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards in construction environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate among team members, subcontractors, and clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
