The job:
This is a hands-on exterior finish role. Day to day, you’re on the tools doing the exterior finishes — siding, soffit, fascia, trim. We’re looking for someone with solid finishing experience who is detail-oriented, takes pride in clean work, and catches the small stuff.
This role reports to the Exterior Finishing Manager and will be required to act as a leader.
Crew Lead duties:
Supporting the team
Answering questions from other crew members
Maintaining work momentum to meet project timelines
Maintaining and ensuring quality standards are upheld at all times
Requirements:
Strong exterior finish experience — siding, trim, and detail
A real eye for detail. Being detail-oriented is imperative for this role.
Leadership ability and the willingness to run the crew and keep the job on track as needed
Ability to read drawings, understand material orders, and handle job sequencing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to join an established team
Reliable — show up and see the job through
Valid driver’s licence (reporting to job sites throughout the Muskoka region)
