Casual Inventory Supply Technicians - Richmond (Richmond Hospital & UBC Hospital)
Casual Warehouse Attendants - Langley (Langley Distribution Centre)
$20.56-$21.35 per hour +12.6% straight time pay in lieu. Premiums of $1.00-$2.00 will be offered for weekend and graveyard shifts.
Casual (on-call) - Must be available to work on an on-call basis with no guaranteed shifts. Please note you are required to be available to pick up short call (1-5 hours of notice) as well as pre-booked shifts.
Shifts may range between days, evenings, graveyards and weekends.
What you’ll do
Perform a variety of stores/warehouse-related duties and logistics operations such as picking, replenishing, shipping and receiving, filling requisitions/orders, loading, offloading, unpacking, stocking, checking, storing and distributing supplies/goods.
What you bring
Experience with inventory management, logistics, stocking, replenishment, warehouse, supply chain, distribution, stores and merchandising.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Ability and/or willingness to learn how to operate related equipment (may include forklift, tow and pallet jack).
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Grade 12 graduation.
