What You'll Do
- Drive store sales and take ownership of achieving your personal sales goals
- Lead, coach, and inspire an amazing team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized, one-on-one shopping experiences
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotions and special events
- Support day-to-day store operations and ensure a welcoming, well-organized environment
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that help the business continue to grow and succeed
