Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dispatch experience in the transportation/trucking industry and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers.
- Monitor deliveries and routes.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Handle scheduling changes and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of transportation dispatch experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of routing, scheduling, and transportation operations.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Fleet Manager software is required.
