We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to be our first point of contact for our HVAC and Electrical service teams. If you're great on the phone, enjoy supporting customers, and like keeping things running smoothly, this job is for you.
HVAC or Electrical experience is not required-we will provide full training. We are looking for someone who delivers excellent customer service, communicates well with both customers and technicians, stays calm under pressure, and can multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about service requests.
- Scheduling Technicians by job type, area, customer needs, availability, etc.
- Keeping customers updated on scheduling changes, technician arrival times, and job progress.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately entering information into the computer systems with excellent attention to detail and in a timely manner.
- Supporting parts ordering, inventory coordination, and service documentation.
Requirements for the position:
- Customer service experience (experience in trades/HVAC dispatch is an asset but not required).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
