What you will do:
Leverage your strong understanding of Federal and Provincial Government funding to identify funding opportunities for our clients
Manage the end-to-end funding application process, including the delivery of program applications, compliance, and reporting
Support the development and growth of KPMG’s Government Assistance Practice
Identify opportunities to expand services and to maximize client’s access to funding.
Create and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, management and clients
Efficiently manage client expectations and work simultaneously on multiple projects
Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to the overall team culture
What you bring to this role:
A university degree (English, Engineering, Economics or similar discipline are preferred)
Minimum 5 years work experience writing funding applications
At least 2 years’ experience managing grant and incentives applications and client relationships
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must
A desire for self-improvement through continuous learning
Willingness to travel
