We are hiring an Automotive Advisor here at Quality Transmission. This person is a Customer Service Expert with Automotive Knowledge.

The candidate would have exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and delivering results.
The ideal candidate would also have general automotive knowledge in automotive systems and parts for both domestic and import brands.
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills is a must.
- Represent our company as front counter person as a professional.
- Answering phone calls and emails, and in person, to assist customer concerns / quotations.
- Providing quotations on parts and labour to perform the job to repair their vehicle.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, but with a CUSTOMER FIRST mentality.
- A Solution mindset, where there is a problem, we will find a solution.
- General knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, steering & suspension, tires & engine and electrical diagnostics.
- General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
- Track record of high personal productivity.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry parts as needed.
- Perform general office / admin duties.
- Be punctual, have excellent work ethic.
- Experience working in automotive trade a PLUS!
- Electrical diagnostic and/or vehicle programming experience is A BIG PLUS!
