Transcona Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to fill a position that will include evenings and rotational Saturdays. You will be working with a team of receptionists, as well as 6 doctors, 7 technicians and 4 assistants. We are a busy practice with a high expectation of care and customer service for our clients and their pets.
Duties will include: Admitting and discharging patients. Booking general and surgery appointments. General front end duties, including taking payments and and prescription requests.
We are seeking an individual with a high level of customer services skills both in person and on the phone. Our team includes staff that have been with Transcona Veterinary Hospital for 30 years+. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
