Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our growing insurance practice. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering exceptional client service while supporting our advisors and administrative team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional client service through telephone and email communications.
- Assist advisors and team members with administrative and communication-related tasks.
- Process and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and correspondence.
- Assist team members with data entry into Access database.
- Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe PDF.
- Support office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn about insurance products, services, and industry practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- Confident and approachable personality with a positive sense of humor.
Previous insurance industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
Reliable car is required.
Free on-site parking.
This is an in-office position, 4 days per week, 6 hours a day.
Office is in the SE, applicant must reside is the SE, SW, or NE.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
