Under the supervision of the Business Process Lead – Source to Pay project, the System Support Analyst will maintain and provide support primarily to the OpenText systems activities and will provide assistance to the Ariba system support activities. These activities include users needs analysis, problem tracking and resolution and the system maintenance activities.
The System Support Analyst is responsible to share best practice approach to power users and end users. The System Support Analyst also need to be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and should also be available to answer to support requests.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides ongoing, level 1 support for power users, and collaborates with BRP IS/IT support. This assistance and advice to Ariba and OpenText users regarding the system usage, data management and access is provided across all BRP locations, and includes reinforcing the process and procedures.
Manages, maintains log and sets problem resolution priorities.
Monitor the system daily to maintain integrity, and ensure good integration between the different systems.
Participate into deployments across all operational systems.
Maintain training content to reflect the new functionalities and enhancements.
Track statistics about the system usage and other KPI’s
Keep up to date on new developments for the supported systems
Work in collaboration with the Finance and Procurement teams to share system improvement requests and to optimize the usage and system performance.
Is the primary contact with the System Provider.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
College or University studies in computer science or information technology
1-2 years of experience as a System Support Analyst for Ariba and/or OpenText systems (an asset)
Strong understanding of the Sourcing to Pay processes
Change management experience (an asset)
Bilingual in French and English (Spanish an asset)
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven leadership skills; ability to tactfully bring recommendations to stakeholders
Ability to transfer knowledge clearly and effectively
Ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment
