We are looking for welcoming Hosts to enhance our front door team at Birdies Eats & Drinks. As a Host, you set the tone for every customer experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn’t run smoothly without you!
As a Host, you will:

Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant. Create and maintain the flow of customers into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.

Work with technology to enhance the customer experience. Support the service team using customer interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash,OpenTable and more.

Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the customer experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.

Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
