Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services (Telus Fibre Optiks) and their unique selling points (trust us, they're amazing!).
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including face-to-face on our residential program, phone calls, and carrier pigeons (just kidding, but creativity is welcome!).
- Present yourself and the client with high integrity.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service that makes them feel like royalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing your exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills (don't worry, we'll teach you some Jedi mind tricks).
