Our client, a leading company in the consumer electronics and smart home solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize its warehouse, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and seamless order fulfillment while leading a high-performing warehouse team. The company serves customers across North America through a growing distribution and logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy in order picking, packing, labeling, and timely dispatch.
- Manage high-volume order fulfillment operations and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records using warehouse management systems (Commerce Hub) and logistics platforms.
- Coordinate outbound shipments with domestic and international carriers to ensure cost-effective and on-time deliveries.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and proactively address stock replenishment requirements.
- Monitor inbound shipments, inspect for damages or variances, and ensure inventory is received accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while ensuring compliance with workplace safety procedures and equipment operation standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless supply chain and fulfillment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance.
- Lead by example by supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and assisting the team during peak operational periods when needed.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, inventory reports, and operational records to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience within e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, or distribution environments is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification and logistics-related education are considered assets.
- Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, are considered a plus but are not required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
