Searching for a junior or senior spray finisher and stainer.
Duties
- Prepare furniture surfaces by sanding and cleaning to ensure optimal stain adhesion
- Operate spray guns, and other tools to apply finishes evenly and efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance on spray equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly
- Perform touch-ups and recoats as required in a timely manner.
- Shading/tinting where needed.
- Touch up finished materials as required for quality control.
The following skills are an asset:
- familiarity with different wood finishes and their application techniques.
- experience with paint, stains, lacquers, topcoats,
- ability to spray topcoats
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
