We are seeking a skilled and personable Junior/Senior Barber to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform professional haircuts, trims, and styling for clients of all ages, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their styling preferences and provide expert advice.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a grooming environment.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is advantageous.
- A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations is preferred but not mandatory for junior roles willing to learn on the job. Pay: $19.00-$43.57 per hour
