RV Service Advisor - Airdrie, AB
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
One Saturday per month required during peak season (May-October)

Fraserway RV is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Airdrie team. In this role, you'll help customers navigate the service and repair process while working closely with technicians, warranty advisors, and service staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their RV in for service, maintenance, or repairs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and understanding their service needs
- Scheduling service appointments and managing workflow
- Creating detailed repair orders for technicians
- Communicating repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines
- Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
- Coordinating with technicians, warranty advisors, and parts staff
- Reviewing completed repairs and performing quality control checks
- Closing repair orders and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Building positive relationships with customers through professional and timely communication
You'll Be Successful In This Role If You Have:
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Advisor, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, customer-focused approach to service
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and technicians
Industry experience is considered an asset, including:
- RV
- Automotive
- Heavy equipment
- Trucking
- Marine
- Powersports
- Service and repair environments
