Peyto is currently seeking an experienced full-time professional to join our team. As a member of the Drilling & Completions (D&C) team, this position reports to the VP Drilling & Operations and works closely with all areas of the organization.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all AER compliance documentation for D&C including:
- DDS and FIS administrator
- Well license applications
- Responsible for all D&C downhole submissions, operational reports, audits, amendments, log submissions
- Inspections tracking & reporting, etc.
- Participate in AER working groups for technology changes/system upgrades
Support D&C functions as follows:
- Distribute well initiation sheets for release of coordinates & survey request
- Maintenance of drilling schedule
- Maintain D&C software systems and user support (Wellview)
- Create Wellview files, monitor data quality, update user pick lists, etc.
- Collect waste manifests, administer field packages.
- Responsible for internal and external non-op and WIP data collection and distribution
- Administrator of electronic well files
- Prepare monthly field cost reporting summaries
- Generate accrual spreadsheet and audit D&C related data (field cost, working interest, etc.)
- Assist accounts payable with vendor invoice issues and audit queries
- Maintain process and procedures for workflow
- Maintain various trackers and data banks, distribute data internally, maintain drilling contracts
- Administer Pandell AFE software, system functions, data, updates and queries
- Responsible for AFE initiation, preparation and approval process within Pandell AFE
- Distribute external information/reports to designated service companies as
- Assist D&C group with preparation of various presentations
- Miscellaneous project work
Key Qualifications:
· An accredited one or two-year technical diploma meeting the requirements of a professional technical designation with a minimum of 7 years related industry experience, OR
· A high school diploma with a minimum of 10 years progressive and related industry experience
