We are a busy medical clinic looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Care Coordinator to support patients and our clinical team. No medical experience is required — we provide full training.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate patient care between physicians, pharmacies, and community agencies
- Manage phone and website inquiries
- Support clinic scheduling and daily workflow
- Greet patients and prepare them for their appointments
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic charts
- Prepare letters and notifications
- Confirm provincial health coverage
- Document patient encounters
- Assist with cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Other duties as required
What You Bring
- Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, health care or other high‑paced customer service roles
- A pleasant, compassionate communication style
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Comfort working independently once trained
- Proficiency with computers
- Ability to draft professional correspondence
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
Schedule & Hours This role includes some weekend shifts and some weekday shifts that end in the early evening.
No shifts start before 8 a.m. or end after 7 p.m. on weekdays.
No shifts start before 8:30 a.m. or end after 3 p.m. on weekends.
Hours will approach full‑time following training and probation.
