The FYidoctors Corporate Development team is seeking a well-organized and driven coordinator at our Home Office in Calgary. As an integral member of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the growing team to assist in the coordination of all aspects of the Mergers & Acquisition life cycle. This would include overall management, administration, and reporting of the progress of our projects utilizing our cloud-based full-cycle CRM platform, Midaxo.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Proactive leadership to ensure deal flow bottlenecks are minimized and resolved and time to close KPI’s are achieved
Build positive relationships with vendors, act as a Brand Ambassador
Meeting scheduling and coordination with vendors and advisors
Assist in the development and presentation of M&A materials (i.e. deal presentations)
Assist the M&A team in information and document collection and tracking
Virtual Data Room management and support
Assistance to business development leads in data administration and pipeline tracking
Administration of Midaxo security rights for existing and new users
Generation and distribution of various Midaxo reports to proactively manage deal flow
Creation of ad hoc reports in Midaxo
Follow-up with vendors and other parties on missing information and data
Coordinating with Midaxo personnel for end-user training for new FYi doctors users
Staying current with Midaxo on system enhancements and changes
Administration and follow up of post-integration surveys. Compiling of survey responses into usable information to be used by various stakeholders
Assist in quality control and improvement processes including documentation on new processes
Support our integrations group as needed with inventory, invoice reconciliation, product matching, and invoice management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Degree in accounting or finance desirable
Ability to work with confidential information
Understanding of mergers and acquisition processes desirable
Project management experience/ability to stay organized and have a pulse on the M&A life cycle
Strong communication and connection skills – a people person
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Comfortable with and ability to learn and leverage new technologies to assist in duties and streamline processes
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize
Attention to detail
Collaborative and desire to work in a team setting
Comfortable in following up with Senior members of the team for missing information and data
