Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Goblin to join our team.
The ideal goblin will have a passion for good food and having fun. We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties:
- We take a lot of pride in what we make and how we make it and expect the same from you.
- Your day starts when you're standing on your station being ready to stock and prep the items you need for service. Being on time is very important to us and being late consistently will not be tolerated.
- We work fast and move fast, you need to be ready to move fast.
- As goblins we are always here for a little chaos, that's not an excuse to be gross and dirty. show up clean and stay clean and keep your space clean.
- Keep yourself and your space food safe. don't mess stuff up for our friends.
Requirements:
- You need to know this job, We are not interested in a mentorship. We will train you to be able to handle what we do but we want to support an experienced cook.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent self regulation skills, We are here to have fun but when it's work time.. it's work time.
This is a closing/ evening line cooking position with weekend availability...
it is not negotiable, our day team is strong and I'm not interested in hiring for day time hours.
The wage is negotiable based on experience.
