Client Care Coordinator – Medical Aesthetics

Sol Skin Spa is looking for a highly organized, driven, and sales-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team.
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of the client experience, clinic organization, sales performance, and daily operations in a fast-paced luxury medical aesthetics environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clinic revenue growth and consistently working toward monthly sales targets
- Driving revenue through treatment bookings, package sales, skincare recommendations, and retail sales
- Creating an exceptional client experience as the first point of contact
- Maintaining clinic appearance, organization, and daily operational flow
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Following up with clients to maximize rebooking and schedule optimization
- Managing Google reviews and online reputation management
- Confirming next-day appointments and maintaining smooth communication with clients
- Assisting with device room readiness and overall clinic operations
- Working closely with providers and management to maintain high operational and client care standards
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness
- Familiarity with medical aesthetic treatments, skincare lines, and client consultations
- Comfortable with sales targets, revenue goals, retail sales, and upselling
- Confident building long-term client relationships and client retention
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Driver’s license is considered an asset
We are looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, leads by example, and helps elevate both the client experience and overall clinic performance.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
