The Customer Service Associate is expected to engage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise while providing product knowledge and offering additional goods and services. Shifts vary between the hours of 8am and 8 pm, weekend availability required Responsibilities · Engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner. · Promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and requests for support. · Assisting customers to find appropriate merchandise. · Explain basic features of merchandise to customers. · Resolve customer issues and escalates issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. · Execute activities related to store initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items, credit card applications) · Providing excellent customer service and greeting all customers · Cultivating lasting relationships with customers Ideal Candidate · High School diploma or equivalent · 1 year of retail or hostess experience desired · Second spoken language would be a big asset · Effective over the phone communication and customer service skills · Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs · Able to work in a fast paced environment · Works efficiently and pays close attention to detail · Ability to work independently or as a team · Taking initiative and completing tasks in a timely manner · Able to problem solve and think outside the box · Efficient multi-tasking skills If this sounds like you please submit your resume!
