Your future duties and responsibilities
- Implement and configure the SimCorp Dimension platform with a strong focus on Communication Server.
- Lead the creation of architecture, build, and implement Communication Server solutions. This includes designing and developing interfaces, managing data flow, and ensuring seamless communication between systems.
- Customize and enhance standard solutions for Trade Capture and Swift processing.
- Enhance existing Asset Manager and Order Manager configuration.
- Lead cooperation with external data vendors & trading platforms, e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, MarkitWire, Aphelion.
- Support incident resolution for the Communication Server; and document incident resolution based on client s procedures.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing on a non-production for SimCorp Dimension.
- Participate in evolution and enhancement of the Communication Server; and document according to client s procedures.
- Create, modify and maintain existing documentation.
- Automate ETL processes using Filter Tool Box and Data Extractions.
- Run PROD deployments & maintenance.
- Document solutions and handle dependencies.
- Provide support in BAU activities for external stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and communication to the Client stakeholders.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Business and Technical Analyst, Project Manager, and Delivery Lead.
- Deep technical knowledge of the SimCorp Dimension Platform, especially the Communication Server.
- Experience in SimCorp Dimension tools like Communication Server, Filter Toolbox (DFS) and Data Extraction (DEX), Data Import, ETL, Auxiliary Jobs, CTM, Trade Manager, and STP Processing.
- Experience in gathering requirements, building business and technical specification, and developing interfaces across multiple functional areas.
- Great communication skills and ability to coach new employees.
- Experience in Agile software development and Lean implementations (SAFe with Agile and Scrum).
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT and MX standards, Perl, UAC, Bloomberg Interface.
- CBAP, ISTQB (Foundation & Agile), PRINCE2 Foundation, and ITIL 3.0 certifications are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Economics or related field.
- Master s Degree in Capital Investment or related field is a plus.
- Languages:French and English*
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interactions with domestic and global clients.
