- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences in the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance overall service delivery.
- Uphold hotel standards in cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
