Papa Johns Pizza is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Niagara Falls location. The successful candidate will lead and support staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and safety standards, and help achieve sales and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
