What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for architectural delivery in the IAM Domain for Global Cyber Security Services. You will play a critical role in leading key aspects of the IAM technology development and ongoing operation for their application domain portfolio. This includes driving the development of end-to-end technical solution architectures for programs and projects within the IAM portfolio as well as supporting the development of comprehensive roadmaps to ensure project investments are moving RBC in the direction of the articulated future-state.

What will you do?

Support the platform convergence plan and integrated IAM strategy roadmap, providing input from an architecture maintenance and renewal perspective
Assess and analyze business strategy, business requirements, current state environment and technology choices to evaluate IAM solution alternatives that meet business sponsor needs
Define end to end IAM solutions that take into account the enterprise architecture patterns, current state environment and constraints. Analyses the viability of the solution to meet program timeline, budget and quality
Works with key IAM team members to support the development of the IAM technology roadmap
Drive the technical evaluation of identified 3rd party solutions
Work with technical systems specialist, business systems specialists from the impacted application groups/3rd parties to understand the current state and constraints for defining the future state IAM architecture & the interfaces
Work with Data Architecture, Security Architecture and Infrastructure SME’s to ensure that all aspects of the solution architecture are defined and elaborated
Provide input, guidance and direction for the development of product level solution architecture
Develop the architecture artifacts (Solution Architecture Document, Architecture Decisions) as defined by the PMF/SDLC and reviews with IT Risk and Security Services leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Lead Architects, Business Architects and the key program stakeholders

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study (computer science, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or other BS/BA degree with a concentration in computer science or information systems.
Total IT experience of at least 10 years with 3-5 years in solution architecture on large IAM projects, leading solution architecture of a large program from initiation to implementation
Different architecture/design techniques (e.g. OO, Top-down, structured analysis, component-based design) and tools (e.g. RSM, RSA).
Diverse experience with a variety of technologies/approaches/standards including Mobile, J2EE, .NET, mainframe platform, packaged applications, XACML, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, human workflow, EAI, SOA, Cloud.
Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
