Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and closing lease agreements efficiently.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track leads, manage tenant information, and generate reports.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems for tenant records, lease agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tools to ensure units are move-in ready.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and personalized communication strategies.
- Negotiate lease terms that benefit both the property owner and prospective tenants while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or leasing roles with a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated administrative skills including data entry, filing, and office experience.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette.
- Experience with CMMS systems or other maintenance management tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices in property leasing is advantageous.
