We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our growing platinum BRP superstore. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a customer-focused environment, and have a passion for powersports or recreational vehicles, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with parts and service inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair work with technicians
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations to customers
- Source, order, and sell parts, accessories, and clothing
- Process work orders, invoices, and warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records and inventory information
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Help keep the parts and service departments organized and efficient
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and dealership management software
- Experience in powersports, automotive, marine, agriculture, or a related industry is considered an asset
