Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a reliable, results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Team. The selected candidate will respond to customer inquiries and contribute to growing the revenues by providing exceptional levels of customer service and support.

In addition, the customer service representative will also provide administrative support to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service over phone and email
  • Manage all customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide product information and quote appropriate customer prices
  • Keep an up-to-date filing system of all relevant customer information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Follow-up with customers, and sales information requests
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

  • College or University graduate
  • Inside sales/customer service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, and Excel
  • Must be able to work full time – flexible hours
  • Valid G Driver's license and vehicle
  • Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills is an asset

Salary: $18.00 /hour
