Project Manager :
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management within the ICI sector
Strong background in managing commercial builds, renovations, and tenant improvements
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/email)
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress milestones
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
Support procurement and material coordination
Conduct regular site visits across GTA project locations
Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code, safety regulations, and project standards
Prepare project reports and communicate updates to management and clients
Identify and resolve project issues to maintain timelines and quality

- Toronto, ON M6B 4B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Project & Program Management Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
