This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial information, managing multiple priorities, learning new things and building strong relationships with clients and professional partners.
Working as a Plan Administrator gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself and learn more about the pension industry. You will play an important role in the administration of retirement plans for business owners and professionals across Canada. You will also work directly with actuaries, financial professionals, accountants and clients to provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:
As a Plan Administrator you will:
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of Individual Pension Plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advisors, and other professional partners, providing responsive and knowledgeable service
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial pension legislation
- Analyze investment account statements to prepare annual pension reporting and tax filings
- Review financial and pension information, identify discrepancies and investigate issues to ensure accuracy
- Process regular and legislative plan text amendments, trustee changes, and beneficiary updates
- Coordinate plan set ups, terminations and retirement transitions
- Manage multiple files and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in a business, financial, administrative or customer-focused environment
- Previous pension experience is not required – just an eagerness to learn and grow!
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
