Property Partners Contracting is a growing property maintenance and contracting company serving residential, commercial, and multi-family properties throughout Greater Victoria. We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Handyman/Handywoman to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Complete general repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties
- Perform drywall repairs, patching, mudding, sanding, and painting
- Install and repair doors, hardware, locks, and trim
- Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)
- Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures) within qualifications
- Flooring repairs and installations (vinyl plank, laminate, baseboards)
- Cabinet and countertop adjustments
- Minor carpentry and framing
- Caulking, sealing, and finishing work
- Complete move-in/move-out repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency call-outs when required
- Document completed work with photos and notes using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of handyman, maintenance, renovation, or construction experience
- Strong knowledge across multiple trades
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be available for qualified applicants)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile work order applications
