Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Nail Technician who is passionate about nail care and beauty services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic nails, nail art, and other nail treatments
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Recommend and upsell salon services and retail products
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends and techniques
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive salon atmosphere
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Valid nail technician qualification or certification
- Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful nails
- Excellent hygiene practices and knowledge of sanitation standards
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Friendly, customer-focused personality with good communication skills
