Choose our clinic for a fun, supportive, and dynamic place to work. We offer one-on-one treatment in private rooms, an excellent admin team, and longer treatment times. We also have interdisciplinary relationships with on-site RMTs, osteopaths, psychologists, OTs and case managers in the Lifemark family.
You can choose to work part-time or full-time with ultimate flexibility. We have 2 established clinics in the city (west and southeast locations) and also provide home treatment. We celebrated our 20th anniversary last year!

Qualifications:

Graduated in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.

Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Completion of orthopaedic or neurological rehabilitation courses is a strong asset.

Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.

Ideally, 1-3+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience, with advanced orthopedic courses being a strong asset, notably in the pelvic health program.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.

Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.

Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.

Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.

Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.

Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
