Join our team of school photographers who travel to Nova Scotia Schools to take school photos! Over the last few years, Bluenose Photography has become one of the leading school photography companies in the Annapolis Valley and is expanding throughout Nova Scotia!
- Roughly 50 days of work From September to November, with the possibility of more work afterwards. This is a seasonal position. Successful applicants could return year after year as the company grows.
- Extensive Photography knowledge is not required. We will train beforehand and there is on-the-job training. Applicants should have a great attitude and be willing to learn.
- Each day of work will be in a different school. Most are in the Annapolis Valley, but there are a few as far as Digby, & Halifax and the South Shore.
- The position would work well for someone with another flexible part-time job or a retired person that doesn't require full time work.
- Would be travelling to schools with other photographers and working side by side.
- Need to be able to and conduct themselves professionally in the school environment.
- Camera and equipment will be provided.
- A Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Search must be completed in order to work within the school system. Directions to get these done will be given to considered applicants.
