Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators (Reach & Walkie) to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role requires candidates who are comfortable operating forklifts while also performing inventory control duties to support daily warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory processes, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Reach and Walkie forklifts.
- Put away, replenish, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using an RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS).
- Pick, stage, and organize products as required.
- Ensure inventory locations are accurate and properly maintained.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating both Reach and Walkie forklifts.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Previous experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
