We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead and work alongside our site crews on custom home builds. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows residential construction inside and out and isn’t afraid to be on the tools when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day on-site operations for custom home construction projects.
- Work alongside trades and crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and construction plans.
- Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Assist with framing, site work, finishing, and general construction tasks as required.
- Communicate regularly with project management regarding progress and site needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7+ years of residential construction experience, preferably custom homes.
- Previous experience in a foreman, lead hand, or carpenter role.
- Strong knowledge of all phases of residential construction.
- Ability to operate basic equipment
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, “lead by example” attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- WHMIS and Working at Heights certification.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and work ethic.

About the Role
This is not a supervisory role from the sidelines. We are looking for a working foreman—someone who leads by doing, sets the pace on site, and ensures quality work is delivered every day.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
