Company Overview: CES Corporation is an Alberta-based family run business working with organizations to build infrastructure for data centers, produces a start-to-finish solution called Intelliflex, purpose-built for today’s data center. It includes modular, integrated system in immersion cooling technologies.
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our production team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, fabrication, or packaging of products by following established guidelines and safety standards.
- Working and moving on your feet for 8+ hours a day
- Using hand tools weighing up to 10 pounds, with no problems with vibration
- Keep the work area clean and organized by sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow all safety regulations and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize risk and ensure a safe work environment.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production targets and improve efficiency.
- Willing to work overtime during busy periods as required.
As public transport is limited to the work location, you will need to have reliable transportation to get to work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
