Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support our Electrical and Mechanical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inventory, receiving and shipping materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring materials and equipment are available to support field operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate material requests and deliveries for Electrical and Mechanical projects.
- Prepare and stage materials for field crews.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and Zoom Boom (Telehandler) equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, project managers, and field staff.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and documentation.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or a related role.
- Valid Forklift Certification (required).
- Valid Zoom Boom (Telehandler) Certification (required).
- Valid and clean driving record (required).
- Experience using inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and construction environment.
