Maple Maids is hiring experienced residential cleaners in west and south Ottawa.
We are looking for cleaners who want consistent residential work close to home, clear job details, weekly pay, and a dispatch team that handles customer communication, quotes, payment, and scheduling support.
Most cleaners build a base of recurring weekly or biweekly clients in their area: same homes, familiar routes, more predictable income.
Pay:
- Many experienced cleaners average $30-$40/hr on well-routed flat-rate jobs, depending on speed, quality, and route fit.
- Deep cleans and move-in/out cleans may be paid hourly at premium rates.
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday.
- Earnings vary based on availability, accepted jobs, territory fit, and performance.
What we need:
- 1+ year paid residential cleaning experience
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Able to work in west/south Ottawa
- Own mop, cloths, and cleaning supplies. Clients provide vacuums
- Clear English communication with dispatch and customers
- Comfortable using an app for job details and updates
