Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Greet incoming clients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond promptly to messages.
- Scheduling & Cashier Duties: Manage appointment bookings using our salon scheduling software, check out clients, and process payments accurately.
- Shop Maintenance: Perform light daily cleaning and tidy up common areas to keep the salon spotless and inviting.
- Service Inquiries: Assist clients with general questions regarding our menu of services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Nail Care Knowledge: Basic understanding of nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, etc.).
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to our Fall River location.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer software for booking appointments and processing transactions.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, excellent time management, and a positive, customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced setting.
