Clinic Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist

FCP Dermatology is a luxury dermatology and aesthetic clinic located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are looking for a polished, professional, and highly organized Clinic Coordinator to join our front desk team.
This role is ideal for someone who is warm, detail-oriented, confident with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment. The Clinic Coordinator is the first and last point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who can deliver a welcoming, elevated, and seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly and creating a professional first impression
- Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
- Booking, confirming, and managing appointments
- Processing payments and handling checkout
- Supporting patient flow throughout the clinic
- Educating patients on clinic promotions, skincare, and our referral program
- Encouraging Google reviews and positive patient feedback
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and luxury front desk environment
- Assisting with inventory counts and product organization
- Using Accuro EMR and clinic software accurately
- Communicating clearly with providers, consultants, and team members
- Ensuring all patient information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism
The ideal candidate has:
- Previous front desk, reception, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Experience in a medical, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics clinic is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence speaking with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills; Accuro experience is an asset

Compensation: Based on experience
