Location: our main office is in Downtown Toronto but many of our team work remotely from all across North America.

As a full-time Junior QA Analyst, you will:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the quality of the product to the client
  • Design and execute manual test cases for functional, system, integration and regression testing for multiple projects
  • Report bugs in an issue tracking tool
  • Debug & troubleshoot software problems to help our developers fix issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively within a high performance team to ensure the clarity of business/functional requirements
  • Participate in reviews of requirements, specifications and other deliverables for testability and to assist in scoping the testing effort
  • Participate in release planning and support application releases
  • Actively participate in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning
  • Potentially develop and maintain an automated testing framework

  • Passion for testing and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BSc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Self-sufficient and focused but will ask for help when needed
  • Solid understanding of development life cycles, agile methodologies, testing methodologies


  • Knowledge and experience in testing software projects
