Administrative Associate
Location: Belleville, Ontario
Type: Full-time, 1-Year Fixed-Term Assignment, In-Office
Reports To: Superintendent
We are currently seeking an Administrative Associate to join our Belleville team on a one-year fixed-term assignment. This role provides administrative support to the Belleville team, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day coordination of office activities and supporting field operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of documentation and records
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as required
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with field staff and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely flow of information
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately
- Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with Ontario's Pay Transparency requirements, the expected compensation range for this role is $50,000 – $55,000 annually. Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
