We are looking for a Maintenance clerk who will be responsible for updating and managing CMMS and ERP databases. This role supports facilities and maintenance by tracking equipment histories, digitizing work orders, and logging parts inventory to ensure accurate maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:
1. Entering completed maintenance tasks, labor hours, and repair notes into tracking systems – CMMS
2. Tracking spare parts, recording stock usage, and updating reorder logs.
3. Creating and updating profiles for MHE, recording downtime, and logging preventative maintenance.
4. Auditing entered data against physical work logs to ensure accuracy
5. Follow up on overdue, incomplete, or outstanding maintenance work order
6. Coordinating vendor scheduling and service updates
7. Following up with sites when information is missing, late, or entered incorrectly
8. Helping ensure maintenance work is properly tracked and closed across all locations
REQUIREMENTS:
· Communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Mental concentration required
